Concept Development

The Concept Development Practice provides ways of thinking and working that identify and describe the most important directives, needs, challenges, intentions, enterprise concepts and ways, quantitative and qualitative characteristics, which serve as the preferred basis for design and development efforts as well as for daily operations.

The work products are used to obtain buy-in, acceptance, agreement, and continued support amongst key stakeholders.

The Concept Essentials Description (CED) captures explicit knowledge about an organisation, company, enterprise, product, or component in a structured format.
