Discuss an Engagement
If you are navigating a complex transformation, a regulatory architecture challenge, or need senior EA thinking that outlasts the engagement — let's talk.
Explore the Approach
New to Interweaving? Start with how it reimagines Enterprise Architecture for organisations that need architecture to actually work.
Working at the Edge of Enterprise Architecture
Enterprise Architecture is changing. Not because the tools have changed, or because AI has arrived, but because the questions organisations need to answer have outgrown the frameworks that were built to answer them.
This is where WorkEm publishes its thinking.
Articles and blog posts here draw on active client work, ongoing research, and the development of the Interweaving methodology — a different way of approaching architecture that keeps it connected to strategy, to people, and to the daily reality of how organisations actually function.
The work is organised into two streams:
Articles
Articles develop sustained arguments. They are written for practitioners and decision-makers who want to understand why architecture needs to change, *what* Interweaving offers as an alternative, and *how* current regulatory and technological pressures — the EU AI Act, Digital Product Passports, AI adoption governance — create architectural challenges that conventional approaches were not designed to handle.
Articles are grouped by theme and build on each other over time.
Blog
The blog captures thinking in progress — observations from practice, responses to developments in the field, and shorter explorations of ideas that will become articles or research. Less formal, more direct.
Book of Interweaving
The Book of Interweaving is a body of knowledge in active development. Fragments appear here as articles. The full work is in preparation.
