In this transformation, we generalise the concept of "Value Proposition" into "Stakeholder Values" that are moved up the Value Ladder into a position above the organisation, partners and customer.
Interweave: The broadening of "Value Propositions" into "Stakeholder Values" integrates the iBMC with Stakeholder Analysis, which can be conducted before, during or after working with the business models and questions about value creation for whom.
The "Stakeholder Values" also integrates iBMC with Strategy Mapping by Kaplan & Norton, and is a needed addition for the forthcoming interweave of the Triple Bottom Line.
